Finally, Photos!

I've finally put up a backlog of photos I've taken over the past couple of months over at my Flickr account. (Check them out at the link on the left!) The sets include shots from election night, a webcast that Trash Audio hosted at my place back in November, and most recently, some pics from Polyfuse's set at Mashitude '09, an installation as part of the Chicago Motion Graphics festival this year.

I really love taking pictures, but I haven't continued it seriously since high school. One of the things that I'd really like to get covered is equipment for low-light photography. Most of the time I end up shooting bands or other nighttime gigs, which is a difficult technique for me, since I want to avoid using a flash and a tripod is not very practical.

I think a new lens is in store for me, but we'll see. A goal for the year :-)
